Return & Refund Policy
Sales Policy
All sales made through Voices of Wednesday’s Child are final.
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless an item is damaged or defective upon receipt.
Order Modifications
Cancellations or modifications — including changes to names, shipping addresses, billing information, or payment details — cannot be made once an order has been placed.
We’re also unable to:

Combine or split existing orders

Apply discount codes retroactively

Modify or cancel pre-orders once confirmed
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable for undeliverable shipments, refused deliveries, cancellations, or exchanges.
Damages or Quality Issues
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item (not due to shipping), please contact us within 5 days of delivery at amilson@mentorscope.com.
Please include the following details in your email:

Order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photo(s) of the item and proof of purchase
Our customer care team will review your request within 5 business days and provide next steps.
If approved, you will receive a replacement (if inventory allows) or store credit.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note:

We cannot replace or refund items that have been written in, used, or show visible signs of wear.

Voices of Wednesday’s Child is not responsible for items damaged during shipping once they have been dispatched.
Return Eligibility
All items are considered final sale, with the exception of:

Orders with verified printing or quality control issues

Items that arrived damaged or defective
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
Photos may be required before a prepaid return label is issued.
Once inspected and approved, you’ll receive store credit or an exchange within 3 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:

Personalized or custom products

Final sale or discounted items

Used or written-in books or cards

Items with scent, marks, or visible wear

Shipping and handling fees

Free gifts or promotional items
Refunds & Store Credit
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
If a refund to the original method is not possible, you’ll receive store credit to use toward a future purchase.
We do not issue cash refunds.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the product was defective or a printing error occurred.
